King Asia Foods has experienced rapid growth over the years. Its success can be attributed, in part, to the dedication and commitment shown by the senior management team who, working alongside the company directors, are continually pushing towards the company's long term goals.

The company continues to grow and currently employs over 200 staff including Senior Management, Production staff, Warehousing and an administration team. King Asia Foods prides itself on the reputation it has achieved for high quality foods, and the New Product Development team work closely with the Quality team to maintain those high standards. Training of staff is integral to our progression with all employees being trained to Foundation level in both Food Hygiene & Health & Safety, in addition to various NVQ assessment courses. The majority of the management team have developed in-house and progressed within the company.

Staff training includes Advanced Food Hygiene, HACCP Safety, NEBS Management, with Health & Safety IOSH & NEBOSH qualified, and the Human Resources Team CIPD accredited.
