Wok Fresh - University of Birmingham

The Wok Fresh unit at University of Birmingham offers a range of our oriental food concepts and has been a great success.

The University of Birmingham opened a Wok Fresh unit on the 13th November 2017, it has been a great success. Birmingham University students were queuing out of the door on the opening!

The Wok Fresh unit serves many of our concepts including stir fry dishes, finger food, street food noodle bowls and much more. Oriental cuisine and street foods are becoming increasingly popular in universities and food culture. The simple, quick but also flavoursome requirements of street foods fits in perfectly with our concepts. In paticular our versatile street food noodle bowls concept, whereby a wide range of components can be mixed and matched to create mutliple combinations, available as a dine-in or grab & go format.

 

The Wok Fresh unit provides a fast service for their customers to quickly grab and go. Our products offering are perfect for this establishment as they are ready made and frozen allowing Wok Fresh to use as much or as little as needed.
