Breaded crab cakes with sesame seeds
Filling (crabmeat white, crabmeat brown, red chilli, lime rind, mashed potato, (25% potato flakes and 75% water), white pepper, salt, coriander leaves, ginger puree, garlic puree, spring onion. Batter and crumb coating (Plain flour, water, sesame seeds, samurai coating).
Deep fry: From frozen in medium hot vegetable oil for 4 minutes until golden brown and piping hot, drain off excess oil and serve.
