Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen - always cook until piping hot. Oven: Do not remove lid. Place in preheated oven Gas Mark 6/200°C/400°F for 25-30 mins Stir Fry: Allow to defrost. Heat a little oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry for 2-3mins. Microwave: Press out contents into a dish suitable for microwave ovens. Do not cover timer for 5 minutes in an 800W microwave oven. (guide only, times may vary to power of microwave). Stir Occasionally.
