Cooking Instructions

Microwave from Frozen (4 Ribs) Place in a suitable container and cook on full power in a 1500 watt Microwave oven for 3 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven at Gas mark 6/200ºc. Place the ribs on a tray and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving
